Shiatsu MassageShiatsu is a Traditional Japanese bodywork system received at floor level on a futon. Shiatsu means finger pressure in Japanese but a wide range of techniques and manipulations are used to reorganise the body’s physical structure and internal energies. The essential nature of the treatment is relaxing, nurturing, balancing and reconnects you in way that can be quite spiritual. You can experience profound shifts in consciousness as the points and channels are treated on the body. You remain fully clothed during the session as energy is easier to access without skin to skin contact. Sessions usually last 1 to 1½ hours. Almost any illness or condition can be positively affected by shiatsu. Shiatsu is particularly effecting for muscular-skeletal problems and rehabilitation from injuries and can be used to address chronic conditions where western medicine has no answers. Shiatsu at Home

We offer professional Shiatsu treatment in your own home. Our practitioner will arrive with everything they need to perform the treatment which will usually last an hour to an hour and a half. We are based in Brockley but offer home treatments around much of the surrounding area of South East London – Lewisham, DulwichForest Hill. Treatments can be provide further a field but a small travel fee will be charged.
