It’s been proven that regular massage can seriously boost your health and fitness by:

There are many kinds of massage available and I’m qualified in several ancient Eastern and Western models. This allows me to create a bespoke session that’s specifically designed to meet your individual needs. The focus will be on improving any issue you present with, as well as to treat your underlying patterns – for instance tight hamstrings, neck or shoulder muscles that could lead to injury.

A bespoke blend of Eastern and Western massage

Your massage may include a blend of:

  • Sports massage
  • Shiatsu
  • Thai massage
  • Chi Nei Tsang – abdominal massage
  • Deep tissue
  • Facilitated stretching

Most treatments are applied through your clothing, though Sports massage and Deep Tissue need oil.
